I've bought a ticket and I've not yet received it?
All our tickets are printable e-tickets, which means your ticket will be sent by email within minutes of purchase. If you have not received it by email: 1. Check your spam folders, 2. Login to the
My Tickets page and see if its there. 3. If not call: 0844 358 8677 and we'll be happy to
help.
The event has been cancelled how do I get my money back?
Not to worry, all monies from tickets sold on our website are held in an ESCROW account for 3 days after the event date. Once we've confirmed the event has been cancelled all refunds will be
processed immediately. If in doubt call: 0844 358 8677.
