Student Ticketing Support

I've bought a ticket and I've not yet received it?
All our tickets are printable e-tickets, which means your ticket will be sent by email within minutes of purchase. If you have not received it by email: 1. Check your spam folders, 2. Login to the My Tickets page and see if its there. 3. If not call: 0844 358 8677 (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) and we'll be happy to help.

The event has been cancelled how do I get my money back?
Not to worry, all monies from tickets sold on our website are held in an ESCROW account for 3 days after the event date (which means the event promoter does not get the monies until AFTER the event). Once we've confirmed the event has been cancelled all refunds will be processed immediately. If in doubt call: 0844 358 8677 (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) or email: support [at] totalstudents.co.uk
