Michael Forever Tribute Concert Ticket Endorsement:



The ticket is issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the event shown on the face of this ticket (the "Promoter") and Millennium Stadium plc ("MS"), who operate the Millennium Stadium ("Stadium"). MS has no contractual relationship with the purchaser or holder of this ticket but MS is entitled to enforce these conditions of sale and the Stadium Rules and Regulations ("Stadium Regulations") on display at each entrance to the Stadium and on the Stadium website at www.millenniumstadium.com. Purchase and/or possession of this ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions:-



1. This ticket is issued subject to the Stadium Rules and Regulations on display at each entrance. Stadium Regulations can also be viewed at www.millenniumstadium.com or obtained in writing by calling 08700 138600.

2. The ticket is not transferable and is for personal use only. The ticket may not be re-sold or offered for sale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used as a prize or part of any competition or promotional activity or for any trade purpose. Resale or attempted resale at a higher price than that printed on the ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or any other compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any publication via the internet or any other means with the intent to resell for commercial gain. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase unless the event is cancelled. In the event of postponement the ticket will be valid for the postponed date. In the event of cancellation the Promotor's sole obligation and liability shall be at the sole discretion of the Promotor, to offer a ticket for an alternative event if available or a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims shall be entertained.

3.The Promotor and/or MS and/or their respective servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused to the holder of this ticket save for death or personal injury caused by their negligence.

4. Admittance of any person to the Stadium signifies the irrevocable consent of that person to being filmed and recorded as a member of the audience at the Concert during the Concert itself and during any intermissions as well as before and after the Concert and in the immediate environs of the Stadium. The Promotor shall have the irrevocable and unconditional free and unrestricted rights to use and exploit and authorise others to use and exploit all films and recordings featuring members of the audience at the Concert in any and all media worldwide for the full period of copyright in such films and sound recordings throughout the world.

5. Persons admitted to the Stadium may not bring into the Stadium or display or distribute at the Concert any sponsorship or promotional or marketing material and may not bring into the Stadium any laser pens or air horns or musical instruments or fireworks or flares or smoke canisters - any item which might be capable of being used as a weapon or compromise public safety or any bottles or cans or glass containers or any item of food or drink or any illegal substances or any animals other than guide dogs.

6. Unauthorised professional photography at the Stadium or the use of recording equipment is prohibited.

7. No duplicate tickets will be issued in any circumstances whatsoever.

8. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue management or event partner reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

9. Any complaints about a reserved seat ticket holder's ability to view the event shall be made to the event promotor promptly prior to, or during the performance. No such complaints can be accepted after the event.
